The second decision you need to make when you design your wedding cake is the style of frosting that you prefer. There are two types of frosting: butter cream or fondant. Any style of butter cream frosting can be recreated with fondant. Fondant frosting can also be molded into elegantly designed cakes that most brides only dream of having. The following cakes are only a few examples of the designs created by Donna. However, she can recreate almost any type you may find in a bridal magazine or book. Donna is constantly creating new designs that are not shown, but can be seen by appointment in her shop. For more examples of frosting design, please view our wedding photo gallery.

Fondant Designs

Another type of frosting design is the very elegant, popular fondant. Fondants are European hand rolled frosting confection that creates a sleek, smooth look. Fondants allow you to carry the look and feel of your wedding to your cake with perfection. These trendy designs are a sample of Donna¹s works of art.
